Cosmetic issues - Arnold Schwarzenegger

Not going to be embarrassing, but speaking of mr.Arnold it's a bit hard to specify a special zone for treatment so far virtually all areas of his face might be potential targets for cosmetic correction. It's obvious this is not by any means to upset the famous actor, however one area seems to need more attention:

The area around mouth, generally the same as for
