Chinese traditional leechcraft and acupuncture
Wei Shengchu, a self-proclaimed doctor specialising in Chinese traditional leechcraft and acupuncture, sticks silver needles into his head, in front of curious onlookers in Nanning, southern China’s Guangxi province. Wei inserted 1,138 needles into his head, to help ‘educate the people about Chinese traditional acupuncture’.
